The demo makes the game look very promising but my advice to the designer would be:
There needs to be:
more pedestrians (which look different)
a lot of vehicles driving around
more voice acting
less stiff controls
improved physics
a bit less texture detail (or at least some wallpapers should be faded because looking at some make you dizzy)
there also needs to be a few more objects scattered around

Other than that; it’s impressive for a homebrew game.
