Lockdown Pack 1 Ensures That Hackers Can’t Use Your PSP

Your PSP is secure: the Lockdown Pack

If you’re in the habit of always passing out with your PSP in your lap, then maybe you should consider trying out Lockdown Pack 1 from developer Torch. This useful little homebrew application allows you to put a password on your PSP to ensure that no sneaky villains take advantage of your hapless, unaware condition.

There’s three different versions of Lockdown in the package. The first program lets you password-protect the PSP via the recovery menu. The second version, Lockdown XMB style, is only useable on the PSP slim, and uses the XMB Wave as the background. The third version lets you drop password protection into a game while you’re in the middle of playing it. All three versions have been tested on 5.00 M33-6.

This is a very handy program to use in case you’re worried that mean aliens have been abducting your PSP in the wee hours of the night and playing all of your favorite homebrew without your permission. This will also ensure that grim-faced CIA agents don’t come crashing through your plate-glass windows and looking at your top-secret PSP files. Grab the download package right here and investigate this program for yourself.
