Rocketing across the homebrew galaxy today is a terrific little package from the ‘brew development technician, Drakon. His new 2d physics library, Box2D, makes use of the powerful VFPU. Here’s the official words from Drakon:
- Here is very good 2d physics library Box2D – http://drakon.xxl-web.pl/box2d/Box2D.rar .
- Original site : http://www.box2d.org/
- This is newest version from svn(rev. 205), optimized for PSP(it’s uses VFPU for math).
- Package also contains TestBed source and compiled demo.
That’s about all we know about this project at this time – Developers at PSPHacks should give this a spin and leave some feedback about its efficacy. Thanks much to Drakon for his contribution to the development scene.
