John Koller, director of hardware marketing for SCEA, recently weighed in on his impressions of the extremely popular and lucrative Grand Theft Auto series:

The famed underground coder working out of France, jade2293, has released the first version of a nice piece of programming comprising three minigames and based on the WarioWare title released by Nintendo back in 2003. The homebrew is authored in Lua and is available here for download, although we don’t have any notes from the author, a preliminary feature log, or a screenshot of the runtime just yet.

Top developers and industry persons met this month with Sony in Houston, Texas to discuss the future of the PlayStation brand. Of the many interesting things to emerge from the conference was the noticeable conviction shared by game makers and Sony that big things are in the store for the PlayStation Portable.

Thanks to the diligence of the homebrew savant eloivanelst, a new version of the extremely useful underground application, PSPiton, has arrived in excellent time. PSPiton v0.41 allows users to quickly and easily manage upgrades and downgrades for their PSPs, and also comes packed with a host of useful information (mostly regarding homebrew concerns).
