Finally, a new theme for my PSP based, of course, on the Grand Theft Auto IV. Nothingface420, a PSP veteran from psp-hacks.com announced a couple of days ago that he just released a newly created theme for the PSP.
The theme is simple enough. Rather than being icon-bases, it’s mostly text and images but the over-all interface still works for me. Characters from the Grand Theft Auto IV literally littered your screen; they act as icons-slash-links to network, photos, videos, setting and music. Each image shows a different background for the theme, making it not only uniquely eye-catching but entertaining as well.
So according to Nothingface, his PSP theme is a spin-off from Marc’s Grand Theft Auto IV city theme and the control buttons he got from Uoykcuf86.
The feature include: custom main XMB icons, gameboot, cintro, boot sound, bootlogo, smooth scrolling, click sounds, option menu, osk, volume bar, visualizers, album icons, loading icons, restart/turn off function, custom vsh menu, slideshow and wallpapers.
Mixed reaction were given to the new theme… some said the features are kind of buggy. It’s definitely not Nothingface’s best work but it’s still cool for patrons of the GTA IV. Check it out! It’s thematic version of a character-based interface gives it a slight edge.
