Ever gotten confused why your joystick doesn’t seem to work the way you want it to? Well, there’s a serious lack of applications that test these kind of problems, so it’s a big surprise that homebrew coder Art released new ‘brew that does exactly that.
The Joystick Angle Test is a button tester type of application that tests the angle of the joystick. Art, the coder, made this to test the 2D rotation of his own PSP joystick. But if you’re thinking that it can also measure the magnitude of the joystick angle, which is the distance from the center of the dead zone, then you’re doubly wrong. Unfortunately for us, Art has not been able to include some more useful features in this app.
