Find all Balloons:

If you want to know where all the hidden balloons are so you can shoot them, do the following:

Go onto your map and hold X down. A menu will appear asking any secrets you would like to view. Change it to Red Balloons and all the balloons will show up on the map. You can also do unique stunts and rampages too.

Cheat: Cars Avoid You

During the game UP, UP, RIGHT, LEFT, TRIANGLE, CIRCLE, CIRCLE, SQUARE.

Unlockable: Bulletproof Business Vehicles

Acquire all 30 businesses.
