Homebrew Emulator, JPCSP team is again back with revised portable playstation emulator:1250 v.3.0 featuring a set of another improvements and upgradations.

Changelogs:
Revision 1250: MTVC/MFVC: - added code to get/set VFPU_PFXS, VFPU_PFXT and VFPU_PFXD registers.
Revision 1249: Further findings for Video command CLEAR (based on tests using 3D Studio): also disable CULL_FACE, FOG, STENCIL_TEST, COLOR_LOGIC_OP and DepthMask in CLEAR mode.
Revision 1248: Improved color accuracy for vertex color formats 5650, 5551 and 4444.
Revision 1247: Provide basic implementation for MFVC and MTVC

Homebrew Emulator team,JPCSP,has recently released another round of revisions for their playStation Portable emulator for PC. This latest JPCSP comes with more performance related improvements and more bug fixes.

Changelogs:
Revision 1246: First draft of GE viewport interpretation. Not yet fully functional: this feature has to be enabled in VideoEngine.useViewport to not break current games. Code review is welcome!
Revision 1245: Allow the configuration of the normal values in 3D Studio.
Revision 1244: Fixed lighting for directional light (no spot exponent and cutoff).
Revision 1243: Add more randomness to Texture hashCode for TextureCache (was causing problems when switching textures in 3D Studio)

I don’t know why people kept on updating this homebrew game (read: I can’t play it), but somehow people actually like playing this kind of game. Homebrew coder Exter just released the third version of his Rubik’s Cube. There’s some few additional changes in this version, so you may want to check it out.

The changelog is as follows:
- Remade the menu system
- View angle is now be changed from the menu

It also added some custom backgrounds, custom cube skins and void cube. Also, large cube controls can now be used on small cubes (using Control Scheme ‘B’).

A new homebrew application by coder SuperFury1 has just been released. The EBOOT2ISO, once installed, will allow you to convert your PBP files to ISO on a specified directory folder.

This application (for the PC) will let you type your destination directory. After doing so, just press “convert” and the software will make a PSP ISO directory structure with your EBOOT.PBP’s files in the directory you specify. But before the application allows you to continue, make sure that the directory you have specified has been created already.

Homebrew coder Pleaser brings us his latest brew to date–the Taupe Chrono. The goal of this homebrew game is to hit as many moles as possible in the alloted time.

To hit a mole, you must press the button corresponding to the hole. The moles, however, are rogues so everytime you hit a mole, they automatically multiply. You have 100 seconds or 1 minute and 40 seconds to hit all moles and finish each level.

This first version game has three levels of play–there’s easy, medium and difficult. Each level of difficulty decreases the time during which the moles are on air.

Didn’t I just posted an update for this application? Anyway, here’s another one from PSP CheatUp’s raing3. The PSP CheatUp is a handy homebrew app designed to simplify the organization of cheat codes update by using PSP’s WiFi  capability.
