With this new application, your PSP has just become the modern pen and paper. The app has an intuitive interface as well as smooth and clear visuals. This is indeed homebrew coder dangee’s creation for the PSP.

TxtoPS, however, doesn’t work on custom firmware 5.50 GEN-B. Also, as written in its readme file, only M33 custom firmwares are supported by the app. But it does work with PSP 1000 running on 5.00 M33-6. The TxtoPS got an IR keyboard support too although if you’d want to use a PalmOne Universal Wireless keyboard, it would probably not work also.

We have a new addictive game in our hands with the creation of homebrew coder raveous–the third version of Brox. It is a simple game that is quite engaging.

This board game that is based on PGE Lua is good for busting a few quick minutes especially if you have time to spare. The objective of the game is to dominate your opponent by capturing the most number of blocks. Press right, left, down and up to direct the game, and press select to reset the game.

Pressing the square, triangle, circle and cross buttons, meanwhile, will allow you to create walls…

Compared with other music players, the cueplayer is an excellent audio player for the PSP as it supports many formats. This is one of the best homebrew application I have recently stumbled upon since it combines all my audio needs in just one application.

The changelog for this version is as follows:

1. Show total track number

2. Show total track time

3. BUGFIX: Cannot seed previous track in track 1. Now it will start the music over.

4. BUGFIX: Seeking exceeding last track will crash

5. New: README file available

By this application, you can also compile the code with the use of libflac and vorbis.…

I know some of you have been wondering how the GPS can work in a portable game console like the PSP. Well, some folks are genius enough to try the application, test drive it and document it for all you users to see.

The video shown is Art’s AVEC connected with a serial GPS device and a USB-powered PSP Go Cam (compatible with the PSP 3000). Every time the map screen is drawn and saved as a file, a picture from the device is also taken and saved by the Go Cam. Cropping the images and piling them vertically will be…

An alternative for Turbo Grafx 16 has been created by an unknown Japanese creator. The PCE for PSP v0.82b3 is another plugin you can install in your PSP if you are having trouble with ZX-81’s PSPHUGO, or vice-versa.

Unfortunately for us, it is really difficult for me to provide a changelog for this application since its all written in Japanese. Feel free, of course, to post a translated version of the readme file for those of you who can understand Japanese. Be assured though that PCE v0.82b3 improved compared with whatever earlier versions you have installed in your PSPs.
