Raing3, the maker of EBOOTs PSP Tool and PSP Action Replay Converter, just came out with yet another homebrew application that will deliver one more trick for the homebrew world: the PSP CheatUp v0.10.

According to the developer, PSP CheatUp “is an application designed to simplify the task of updating the cheat codes” through the PSPs WiFi connection.
