Homebrew developer  pen @ ClassG has just released an all-new version of his popular plugin, Macrofire. This 3.0.9 version supersedes your PSP controls to the max. Macrofire can remap buttons, adjust the analog nub sensitivity, enable rapidfire on whichever button and also record and execute button macros.

Here’s a translated changelog for this version:

- Status notification to correct the problem from ON to OFF to stop the game and had to switch

Not so much change has been made in this latest version although version 3.0.8 commanded several changes from the past updates. But still, this download is worthy of the time…

If you’re a great fan of the Guitar Hero, then here is the chance for you to play something akin to it on your PSPs. As its title probably tells you, the game combines the strategic features of the popular Guitar Hero game and that of an actual guitar plucking.

According to its coder manaxed, he is still pretty new with creating homebrew games using LUA so we should bear with him when we noticed some bugs that needed to be fixed especially in the start up menu. But comments are, of course, welcome so better to holler below if you…

I remember the last time I played Mario in my beloved Nintendo–that was about a decade ago. And now here we are in the age of PSPs and yet no one from the original creators of Mario has the gall to make a PSP version of this game.

But thanks to homebrew coders, we now have Mario on our hands. Dan369 just released the map editor of his brew–Mario for PSP. The editor is fairly simple to use, and is straightforward. It will feature collision tiles, normal tiles and enemies. Note that the editor is in Hm7, so for those of…

Homebrew coder Yoshihiro’s Nintendo DS emulator for the PSP just got its latest update with the beta 7 version. Yoshihiro based this latest version on the comments made previously by gamers on past beta releases of this homebrew application.

We can note that Yoshihiro packed into this new version a speed increase, the use of L and R for touchscreen and the option to choose between black or white for cursor colors. The coder also set at 2 by default the frameskin of the emulator, and has also fixed the FPS counter. And for those of you who wants to tinker…

If you want to enjoy a fairly simple game that is not at all mind boggling, then try this new homebrew game called the Graph. The game is similar to Peg Jump in terms of its simplicity, although Graph also poses a real challenge every time you progress to its different levels.

The concept of this game is simple enough to grasp: start where you see the red dot then move the cursor to a connecting dot–that will then rid the line between the two dots. Really, it’s just like that old game Connect The Dots. Once you have managed to…

Indrora, a homebrew coder, released this beta version of EBooter–a replacement for PBP Unpacker that allows you to read and edit your PSP’s PBP files.

This homebrew application is a replacement for PBP Unpacker that is written in the C language against the .NET 3.5 Runtime. If your PC is up to date, you should be fine. And if not, better download it from the Microsoft website except when copying data from large Eboots. “On my 2.1Ghz box, it took ~10 seconds to create an eboot off of Final Phantasy Origins (keeping only DATA.PSAR and DATA.PSP and PARAM.SFO),” Indrora said.

The download…
