Homebrew coder Pleaser brings us his latest brew to date–the Taupe Chrono. The goal of this homebrew game is to hit as many moles as possible in the alloted time.

To hit a mole, you must press the button corresponding to the hole. The moles, however, are rogues so everytime you hit a mole, they automatically multiply. You have 100 seconds or 1 minute and 40 seconds to hit all moles and finish each level.

This first version game has three levels of play–there’s easy, medium and difficult. Each level of difficulty decreases the time during which the moles are on air.

Homebrew coder Yoshihiro might have another reason to upgrade his homebrew apps since the number one multitasking shell–AhMan’s iR Shell–is not compatible with a PSP running on 5.50 GEN. It’s good to see that competition is stiff these days as I am beginning to feel like less and less updates are being posted for our favorite homebrew applications.

iR Shell, which works for PSP Slim, l allows you to run two applications simultaneously and switch between them with a hotkey. The app’s multitasking capabilties, however, are best suited with certain PSP specifications, so make sure that you have read as much…
