Loading ...Homebrew coder Yoshihiro might have another reason to upgrade his homebrew apps since the number one multitasking shell–AhMan’s iR Shell–is not compatible with a PSP running on 5.50 GEN. It’s good to see that competition is stiff these days as I am beginning to feel like less and less updates are being posted for our favorite homebrew applications.
iR Shell, which works for PSP Slim, l allows you to run two applications simultaneously and switch between them with a hotkey. The app’s multitasking capabilties, however, are best suited with certain PSP specifications, so make sure that you have read as much information as you can get regarding the Shell before you install it.
But for those of you who has it installed already, download the GEN patch and copy it to your PSP. After doing so, run the patch, and quit is so it will automatically self-destruct. From there, the iR Shell will run like a genius.
