I don’t know why people kept on updating this homebrew game (read: I can’t play it), but somehow people actually like playing this kind of game. Homebrew coder Exter just released the third version of his Rubik’s Cube. There’s some few additional changes in this version, so you may want to check it out.

The changelog is as follows:
- Remade the menu system
- View angle is now be changed from the menu

It also added some custom backgrounds, custom cube skins and void cube. Also, large cube controls can now be used on small cubes (using Control Scheme ‘B’).

Wololo, the homebrew coder, just released an update of the Wagic for PSP–a card game based on Magic: The Gathering. Perfect for all those tired of fighting it out in the PSP battle arena, this popular PSP card game owes its update to users clamoring for a new version.

Here’s the changelog for this version:

Over 1,000 new cards. The total exceeds 3100 hours

- Wagic now supports the rules of Magic 2010

- Some improvements related to the rules of the game

- Two new game modes to unlock: Evil Twin and Random Mode

- The expansion must now be released first so that then are available in the shop

- Improvements related to the player’s deck: remove the limit of five decks, you can also rename the deck so that it is easier to find

- Added a deck for those who want to begin playing without your deck

- Improvements to I and a new deck: Soldiers

It also has an improved shop, and Wololo also fixed some major bugs to the cards. Download this version below and have an improved memory usage with the pack.

After much waiting from this side, homebrew coder Predricted finally revealed his latest project, the Sanvian Warrior v0.1. Although still in its beta form, this game will figuratively blow you away, especially for action-packed game lovers.

Sanvian Warrior v0.1 Beta is about the last Sanvian army tasked to defend his city from its enemies (think Mel Gibson in Braveheart, Patriot). The game features fighting monsters, leveling up, using magic and many more to be discovered after you download this game.

For the game controls, all you have to do is use the analog stick to move: press X to attack, triangle to use magic and the up/down keys to set the amount of enemies.

The game also features some ass-kicking moves and styles by the primary Sanvian character so, download and get ahead with your game buddies.

Fans of the Harvest Moon series, be delighted: Here’s a few new videos from the forthcoming Harvest Moon: Sugar Village And Everyone’s Wish. Its developer, Marvelous Entertainment, released these so that you can have something to digest while they go about making last-minute tinkers. The game, which is slated for a March 19th release in Japan, is originally titled Mokujou Monogatari: Sugar Mura to Minna no Negai. Tons of fun. If you didn’t know, the game’s basically about farming. If you’re into agrarian science, you’ll definitely want to read more about this title. Like, crops and stuff. Fields. From developer Victory Studio comes a clone of the game Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved. The original game was released in the Xbox Arcade and became one of its most popular downloads of all time. 39% of everyone who tried the demo from Xbox Arcade also purchased it. That’s very revealing about this game’s addictive gameplay. Let’s see if the clone can live up to the high precedent set by the original commercial title.

This is a careful, first release, and might be a little buggy or avoid some of the gameplay featured found in the original game, which was developed by Bizaare Creations.

Victory Studio also reports that it hasn’t tested Geometry Wars Portable v0.7 on any CFW except for 3.71 M33. The man behind Victory Studio requests that first testers of the software send reports regarding compatibilities on other firmwares. For now, grab the download package and take the game for a spin. Well, gentle readers, it’s finally here: Another home-cooked piece of gaming goodness for the PSP-3000 that utilizes the recently discovered GripShift exploit. The new homebrew, titled Bomberman GripShift v1, was developed by Team P86, the same elite hacker dudes who brought you PMP VLC Player for the PSP.

Bomberman GripShift v1 is, obviously, a Bomberman clone, and it’s brought to you courtesy of the Sparta SDK and GripShift exploit that MaTiAz and Freeplay dropped just a few days back. This is a great example of the evolution of exploits and homebrew that results when savvy code warriors from all corners of the Internet build off of each other’s successes. Bomberman GripShift v1 should also work on the regular PSP on any CFW.

This is the very first release, so there’s no changelog to read. The best thing to do is jump on board and get a look at the game for yourselves.
