PSP developer Nickxab has release PSP Live TV, a homebrew application derived from PSPTube that lets you play 52 TV stream on your PSP.
########WHAT IS THIS ? ########

This an application that lets you to watch TV in yur psp with the wifi.
It is a modification of the PSPTube that can play some streams.
Now it contains 52 TV streams.

##### INSTALATION ######

Copy the PSP folder in the memory stick root.
Now for the streams.
Open the folder called “streams” that contained in the archieve and you will see
some folders with names from countres.Take the channel(s) you want and put it/them
in the favorites folder in the /PSP/GAME/PSP LIVE TV/ folder.
Also there is a folder called “” that has the streams from the j13dj’s version.

As the E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo) Fest enters its second day yesterday, the Playstation Store was once again updated with lots of cool stuff. This list features the second and third part of the E3 presscon. There’s also some trailers, videos and lots of downloads for PS users. There are also some more items that you might want to take a look at—free or not, these stuffs are just great. By the way, just in case I forgot to tell, the videos and trailers are all in HD.

No price has yet been announced on these games but just like the last update, some of these are free for download. There’s some real cool stuff here so be sure you open those Internet connections and download all the freebies you can get.

Sad news for PlayStation lovers in San Francisco: The PlayStation store in the Metreon will be closing up shop this summer. The store first opened in 1999 and was the epicenter of PlayStation launches on the west coast. Other Sony Style stores certainly will remain open across the country, but none are so central to the PlayStation brand. Here’s what Sony’s got to say about this tragic development:

“Our lease with the Metreon for the PlayStation Store will expire this summer and we have chosen not to renew it. While we are always looking at new avenues for additional retail exposure and space, we felt it best not to continue with a dedicated PlayStation Store at the Metreon at this time.”

Sigh.

Anyway, the Metreon reports that the store’s lease actually is up on March 31st, so the clock’s ticking now.

Also, Flower is set to go live next week, in case you’ve been waiting all your life for this remarkable drop. In the back of our minds, we know that we certainly have been — in that scary, subconscious way of knowing of which we’re all secretly aware.

Heads up to all y’all LocoRoco fans: Sony is having a blast marketing their release of LocoRoco 2, which is set to appear on shelves within a few weeks. In the meantime, the PlayStation Store will have LocoRoco giveaways for lucky nerds.

They’ve already dropped some themes, as you can see from the pictures here. You’ll just have to hop on over to the PlayStation Store to see what else they’ve got cooking on the fire. You’ll probably encounter lots of other people who are just as excited as we are for the launch of LocoRoco 2. Fingers crossed for mid-February shelf date, but who knows? We’ll try to stay satisfied with the freebies for now.
