Intrepid Hacker Discovers He Can Use Nokia Battery With PSP

Word from the geek circuit is that the brave hardware hero LordLeXat has discovered that he can use a Nokia battery with his PSP. This is really only handy in a pinch but, hey, maybe you’ll be in a pinch someday.

According to a report posted by LordLeXat, the Nokia battery actually lasts longer than the standard PSP battery. Writes the discoverer himself,

“The battery is lighter and has nearly 150% lifetime of the original 1800mAh PSP battery, and by the way, the text of the Nkia battery reads 1020mAh.”

His rigging-up consists of a standard Nokia battery pack (BL-5C), which he utilizes…

We’re excited because it’s interesting to see a new exploit that’s compatible with the PSP 3000, even if the game is really kind of lame.
