Nick has released a new version of his PSP Video Converter. The free-to-download PSPVC v3.72 is especially created for Windows. With this application, you can virtually convert any video format to a compatible format for your Playstation Portable. Whether it’s a 3gp, wmv, avi or what not—the PSPVC v3.72 can take care of it for you.

The PSPVC v3.72 is, however, basically just a maintenance release of the earlier version. It takes care of the few bugs found in the previously released version.

This is the changelog of PSPVC v3.72:

Fixed the DirectX check-bug that was introduced in the previous version for Windows 7;

Fixed the issues with the pad/crop features effecting the “original” view when previewing the video before conversion;

Fixed the YouTube video downloader.

If you have the old version, I suggest you simply overwrite the files to fix the bugs there. But if you don’t have then, this is as good chance as any to download this file and install it in your trusty handheld portables. Don’t forget to install the codec pack huh?
